The worst quality of the toilets and other parts of the compartment especially the cups, Bottles and paper plates found on the fan. after food people had kept on but it couldn't clean.

Very bad ЁЯСО experience coaches are so dirty there are cocroches running around overall it is a very bad journey experience Indian railway should take care of these type of trains.

seating space in width to short and hight was to low that roof hit on my head multiple times and while in sleep having fear of fall down from side upper seat... room attendant not up to mark and busy in serving family at last asking them for tip... not aware of tap water issues

Very bad experience for me in this train... From boarding to destination it's runs like local train. Reserved coaches filled with local passengers created block for others... Toilets were filled with dirt... Even we have made complient but no use after cleaning again it's chocked...

it is good train ??. but toilet too much darty not cleaning even compartment' A-2 waswasing in toilet Null damage, I told attand he don't response me please check your end

Food Is worst. Cleaning is not good smell urinary or not clean wash basin also.. Please don't come any gutkha pan masala seller in trains... every lower class general person is come in the reservation class coach. I dont have any pic bcoz i dont know our mail service is confirm any feedback.

no intimation of confirmation of Wl ticket status by SMS, travel ticket inspector gives births to people who gave money to him,
people's travelling in 3ac puts lunch boxes in compartment on travelling path, in terms of cleanliness I will give negative marking.

I didn't use food facility so I didn't rate for that. The train late because of you are trying to improve quality performance of train so I am waiting for that. otherwise I am little bit happy with your service. but we have to too many things to improve. we are with you.

pathetic experience. after pantry, one coach of second class and then A.C. coaches. Second AC coach was like general coach and TC was totally helpless. I will never travel in Gitanjali in future.

Actually i am going to gitanjali exp this beter and good train . Becouse this train 20 min late in nashik rod . This is very bad. Trains food its very very poor. Foods collety no mentain . Not Good test . Actully please improve a food collety.

because of yesterday's delay of 3 hrs i missed my flight and paid 9000 Rs charge for next flight...... don't know who named it superfast... it should be named "Gitanjali Local train".......bakwasssss train
