Like before, trains are no longer clean. The food on trains has become poor, and everything has gone bad. Also, the train timings have become worse than both of these. Unless it’s very urgent, you should avoid traveling by train.

train was clean but the raje was very outdated since there was lack of charger port and current supply. the ac was not working properly inspite of having a generator car and a HOG support the rake was not performing at its full efficiency. The Coach attendant was to anxious and was continuously bothering and asking for tips and Random unauthorised people were entering the train and occupying the reservation seats which was very bad and a safety issue

even WL 5 dont get confirmation. I did ticket 1 month ago with WL 5, on the day of chart preparation, it came down to WL1, I am a frequent traveler with 8-9 times using Railways in a year for long route. It happens in Gitanjali only

hi , travelling from kalyan to howrah,at firstdon't think i am traveling sl, almost croud in comperment and housekeeping like bathroom, passenger walking and seating zone is very bad,and pantry housekeeping and food quality are bad also .all over train late 3 to 5 hours..

1: l was in S,1 berth 73. Entire travel period I saw free dominant general ticket holding passengers ( minimum 15) jamming entrance corridor, ) few of them girls pressing for sit adjustment with reserved ticket holders.Ticket examiner came , noticed ,went away .Here 2 stars for Train Quality is over rated . Train which sustained punctuality till Bilaspur, reached Rourkela 59 minutes late ,Taranagar by 2hrs late ,finally Howrah 3hrs behind schedule. Food served was good.Tuust this truth will help operating faculties of trains to look in to adoption of upgraded services in days ahead. Thanks .

seating space in width to short and hight was to low that roof hit on my head multiple times and while in sleep having fear of fall down from side upper seat... room attendant not up to mark and busy in serving family at last asking them for tip... not aware of tap water issues

Very bad experience for me in this train... From boarding to destination it's runs like local train. Reserved coaches filled with local passengers created block for others... Toilets were filled with dirt... Even we have made complient but no use after cleaning again it's chocked...

it is good train ??. but toilet too much darty not cleaning even compartment' A-2 waswasing in toilet Null damage, I told attand he don't response me please check your end

Food Is worst. Cleaning is not good smell urinary or not clean wash basin also.. Please don't come any gutkha pan masala seller in trains... every lower class general person is come in the reservation class coach. I dont have any pic bcoz i dont know our mail service is confirm any feedback.

no intimation of confirmation of Wl ticket status by SMS, travel ticket inspector gives births to people who gave money to him,
people's travelling in 3ac puts lunch boxes in compartment on travelling path, in terms of cleanliness I will give negative marking.

I didn't use food facility so I didn't rate for that. The train late because of you are trying to improve quality performance of train so I am waiting for that. otherwise I am little bit happy with your service. but we have to too many things to improve. we are with you.

Actually i am going to gitanjali exp this beter and good train . Becouse this train 20 min late in nashik rod . This is very bad. Trains food its very very poor. Foods collety no mentain . Not Good test . Actully please improve a food collety.
