Compartment was clean and tidy. It was also cleaned en-route. Train was little late at the arriving station and reached late at the destination.
Only complaint is about the platform no 17 at Howrah station. It was not only very low the gap between the Compartment and the platform is dangerous. It should be taken care of immediately

Good no food is provided in the train because there's no pantry car food is provided in Kharagpur station the quality of the food is worst.

This is an important train for tourists heading for Howrah from Bishnupur, a major tourist attraction of West Bengal. I travelled by AC Chair Car. The toilets are filthy. There is no provision for food. Have to depend totally on local vendors who board and de board at stations. Only tea and muri is available. On top of that, the incliners of the seats are defunct. The seats are fixed at awkward angles.

Reserve compartment seat are not comfortable for sitting 3 persons.
