Bogi no.B1 was old but clean.
problem bathroom was dirty and unhiginic, water slow ,jet washer was not working .
food was expensive as per quantity and quality.

confirntkt app is one the worst app we ever use because 2 times we pay for booking but they are not confirming any of the day or time as at the time of booking app shows 62 % chances but at the end show waiting my entire family is very disappointed

I traveled from bbs to hij,the train is very puntual and inside the coach it is clean too but the bathroom got dirty from bbs itself the general passenges are using the bathroom for which it is overflowing and is getting and there is a lot of problem regarding food no food is coming btw nice journey.

IRCTC Inhouse food & Beverages service was below standard, In journey of 16 hours hardly twice came a tea/water vendor. Even after requests they were at their convenience

I got an RAC seat which is not comfortable to sleep. I traveled from Cuttack to new Delhi which is Almost 30 hours without proper sleep. it's a kind request that after some distance a confirmed berth must be needed.

It seems to be like a brand new train, it is very clean, even the washroom. Running on punctual time.

heavy rush
passengers travelling with heavy luggages no space to take a breath.
very irritating and bad experiance.
nobady was to look for the passengers problem.

its good to see that railways is trying to keep the lavatory clean. the coach was clean 2 times in a day.

Highly late (min 8 hrs) train in India. I'll suggest to avoid this train.
Cleaning is very poor, toilets are unusable and without water.
Food quality very bad and looks dirty.

On 04 march 18 train is running 7 hrs late. Initially it was 3 hrs due to technical problem and route diversion,after that train was like creeping and reached to Kanpur 7 hrs 20min late at night 2100 hrs. I miss the marriage party for which I was planning to attend today.

worst condition of the train.
charging point, light switches not working.
pantry car vendor asking for hike in price above MRP.
Food Quality not up to mark.
Train delay by 5 hours.
Train window not getting closed as it's a sleeper class and no water in the toilet.

This train is a fantastic travel means for one who has to travel on a short notice. However only concern is punctuality. It runs 3 to 4 hrs late average.Hope Railways does something about it soon.
