My ticket downgraded to AC3 Economy. Economy coach is very conjusted and not good for even 12 hours journey. This types of coaches required need not more.

parking cantractor at PDDU jnc where charging excess Mony 40 Rs inspite of 20 Rs for less than 30 minutes vehicle parking,
on complaining inspector S S Singh Yadav police booth incharge told that I can not do anything because it's not in my jurisdiction
pls take necessary action and inform me.

The food was horrible , the cost was high, the bathrooms were dirty and the flush was not working , also the water from the basin was leaking inside the train compartment , the handle (which is used to hold for climbing up for the upper berth ) was very loose and broken and it can result in accident ,all the handles were actually very weak,

Train becomes terrible post Kanpur. It stops at so many stops unofficially and it stops at all these stn regularly that's why local passengers get inside the AC coaches and forcefully occupy the berths. These local passengers are quite unapologetic about their unruly behavior. This is happening because of the unholy nexus between the local passengers and railways authorities.

Reached Delhi very late, coaches very old model, cleaning is not uptoo the mark.....overall not good.

Pantry food was being sold at higher prices than official rates. Train was delayed by 7 hrs and had stopped at almost all stations however it was supposed to stop only at very few of them.
