Train quality bilkul kharab hai maine 2AC ka seat liya tha coach A2 seat 41SL and 42 SU isme Jo personal seat ke liye parde diye jate h o nhi tha ghar me jaise hote waise karde the , train itna late karta h ki aap soch nhi sakte ho , abhi aap soch ke dekho ki kitna ghanta late kiye honge uske baad mai batata hu
apni train jitna ghanta pahuchane ke time tha utna ghanta late huaa tha yani mera 11 ghanta ki safar me 11 ghanta se jyada delay tha train samjh sakte ho kaisa train h so
ab mai jindagi me dwara is train ki safar nhi karunga
jindagi barbaad karne wala h train agar aapka kitna v important kaam ho usse railway ka koi matalab nhi h o late karenge hi
uske baad koi refund v nhi dete h ki itna late kiye h to aapka per hours late fine railway ke taraf se diya jayega aisa koi v pravdhaan nhi h
haa lekin train loss me nhi hona chahiye.
mai aap sab se request karta hu ki aap nandankanan exp ka safar bilkul na kare agar koi aapka important work h. nhi to samjho gya

This is a totally useless train, there is a better special train than this, all 8/10 trains have overtaken it and it is running like a bail vehicle, this is a totally useless train

Good and comfortable train, though was late by 45 mins to Prayagraj.
Could be more clean.
I didn't check the food quality from train though vendors in train provide average quality food. Better to get it from home.

Dear Rail Mantri,
I had travelling this train last night but this was horrible experience my life. it was long distance train but water in bathroom, public suffering lot of issue. They have family, kids, I know you understand. One thing I would like to say if you taking overbooking you must extend train berth or do not allow same train. It was pathetic and unbelievable experience.
I don't know how much you take serious but being a Indian my courtesy to inform you.

bilkul bekar hai. fast class ka ticket tha mera 1 waiting tha confirm nhi kya waiting raha cart banne ke bad aur is apps me dikha Raha tha ki confirm ho jayegi . galat dikhaya is apps me . hijlii Tak khada ho ke giya mai.. very bad service

train quality are very very very bed .mera seat s4 80 su tha all time toilet ka badboo aa rha tha darwaza v bekar tha .tt se maine baat kiya ki koi or seat dilwane ko to usne mana kar diya

The bedding facilities are poor, the sheets, pillow cover,towel all are unwashed, you could find traces of hair on pillow cover from last passenger.
The train stalls at random stations, delayed unnecessary while you could not find water in bathroom despite informing the staffs multiple times.
While AC second tier have curtains separating the berths in other trains but 12816 ANVT-PURI has none.
While the food is nothin
g to write home about.

The cleanliness was horrible, and all 4 toilets in the boggy were blocked and overflowing.
And all the seats were covered with layers of dust, some seats had black mould on them, which I had to cover with a newspaper.

the experience with confirmtkt has been good.
but the data uploaded is not updated correctly. the coaches display tags at the platform don't confirm to that uploaded in the app.
the A1 coach was very dirty. not sweeped at all.

A1 coach not provided with hand wash liquid in the toilets.coach was not cleaned from 6.30 am to 4.00 pm.
In the lunch curd / desert not provided.The train reached 1.30 minutes late.

Air condition was working properly, from the train starting to till reached bbsr, even after complaining no one responded, every one was wet in sweating, condition was very pathetic, the attendant was also very disrespect;,
air was passing away from both the ends of doors, they were hanging blankets on doors to stop the air,passing out. it was a very embarrassing journey ever experienced . felt like travelling in sleeper class.

I've travelled almost more than 20 times in this train.... Till now, I found train is good..... Major drawback is it's timing.... Till Mughasarai always getting late by 2/3/4 or even 20 hours..... but after it's quite remarkable
