TRAIN IS VERY DIRTY CONDITION.
NOT A SINGLE SWEEPER IS AVAILABLE IN TRAN
WATER SUPPLY NOT AVAILABLE IN MOST OF THE COACH
TOILET DOORS ARE BROKEN AND NOT CLEAN
VERY UNHYGENIC TRAIN CONDITION AND ENVIRONMENT

We booked tickets in sleeper coach but general tickit passanger came in sleeper coach and disturbing us, and TC haven't be came in coach.

despite asking many times even blanket and pillow was not provided. I fell ill after this journey. we travel in train for convenience but the staff is so inhuman that when I asked for blanket, the staaf said, i do not lookafter this coach, lodge complaint, may be then u will get blanket, horrible

Third class train.. they were serving used beddings.. toilets are dirty like hell.. no curtains in 2nd AC.. request higher authority to take frequent rounds

where train minimam 3 hrs running late both ways,we r missing every time connecting trains and flights railway should take action.

except punctuality nothing is good. hygiene and sanitation not maintain properly. food quality is very poor and very high cost.

The worst experience i ever had in my life that too with my 2 little childrens...the whole ac coach was full of wrapers and water on the floor with mud and smell...even after so many complaints no one even reached to see the coach and the condition of the bedsheets and blankets were so bad n sticky as they were used for floor cleaning and even some were on floors as done same and the biggest one is that the attender of the coach even after knowing everything went to the next coach and says that the work is not his that he will do it... The condition of washrooms were so bad not even to imagine.they were choked and full of polluted water and no care person available .this is what you say swachh bharat ..this complain should be reported to our honarable piyush goyal ji to take some action. Have a pic of washroom and attaching the same.

about 50+ tte and tc checked like mentaly torchreer in that journy its happened 1st time in my life some TC observed duplicate .so please focus it.

full of rats in coach. reported to 58888 and 81212812128 . but no action was taken. even informed to TC and pantry cleaner. it was embarrassing journey.

my train is missing because in itarsi station its shows platform no 4 in display
but train comes in platform no 2 i have small baby and lot's of begs
if display show right status in time my train was never miss....

I boarded the train around 0715 hrs. at Durg rly stn, but no bed roll provided until I ask. After asking I got only bed sheets at as round 1000 hrs. No pillow, no blanket.
