S2 coach was shoutingin or heavy noise or bubbling and viberation need of repair. coach gives us mentaly stress or distrub. very bad coach shame of indian railway

this train is accommodating short distance passengers. people who are booking their tickets from Vishakapatnam to new delhi will get rac or wl tickets, where as people booking tickets for part journey or short distance like vskp to durg or bpl to gwl will get conform tickets. didn't understand who a person will carry in his journey of 35 hrs on rac seat.

3 AC coach not clean, toilet so dirty ,can not used.
pantry available but not promt supply .
I have boarded in the Raipur but no water supply till Titagarh, many times informed to pantry staff pls send the water.Because I was waiting for water to have my medicine in morning,
so pls improve the situation for passengers in travelling in Samta express

The train & toilets were maintained very untidy . The bedsheets & blankets were not smelling.
however it arrived boatding point on time & destination 45min before time which is commendable

TRAIN IS VERY DIRTY CONDITION.
NOT A SINGLE SWEEPER IS AVAILABLE IN TRAN
WATER SUPPLY NOT AVAILABLE IN MOST OF THE COACH
TOILET DOORS ARE BROKEN AND NOT CLEAN
VERY UNHYGENIC TRAIN CONDITION AND ENVIRONMENT

despite asking many times even blanket and pillow was not provided. I fell ill after this journey. we travel in train for convenience but the staff is so inhuman that when I asked for blanket, the staaf said, i do not lookafter this coach, lodge complaint, may be then u will get blanket, horrible

Third class train.. they were serving used beddings.. toilets are dirty like hell.. no curtains in 2nd AC.. request higher authority to take frequent rounds

The worst experience i ever had in my life that too with my 2 little childrens...the whole ac coach was full of wrapers and water on the floor with mud and smell...even after so many complaints no one even reached to see the coach and the condition of the bedsheets and blankets were so bad n sticky as they were used for floor cleaning and even some were on floors as done same and the biggest one is that the attender of the coach even after knowing everything went to the next coach and says that the work is not his that he will do it... The condition of washrooms were so bad not even to imagine.they were choked and full of polluted water and no care person available .this is what you say swachh bharat ..this complain should be reported to our honarable piyush goyal ji to take some action. Have a pic of washroom and attaching the same.

my train is missing because in itarsi station its shows platform no 4 in display
but train comes in platform no 2 i have small baby and lot's of begs
if display show right status in time my train was never miss....

I boarded the train around 0715 hrs. at Durg rly stn, but no bed roll provided until I ask. After asking I got only bed sheets at as round 1000 hrs. No pillow, no blanket.
