very bad condition of train. Cleanliness was missing from train. The cleaning staff very rude. Train was late more than 4 hours.

AC 3 tire I have book in which there is no bedsheets n pillow provided which was there in train from njp to shealdah..n food was so cheap me n my frn ordered biryani which was pathetic

Absolutely bad experience in getting bed-sheet, Pillow or blanket. That vendor is unable to provide even a single bed-sheet though we were having 4 tickets. Cleanliness is absolutely worst.

Toilets are mostly uncleaned. New type of toilets allows the shit to remain and the toilet is a hell. In one toilet the window was forced open and there was a bit of relief. Supply of food, water scarce

wash room should clean atleast 2tymes n no body clear the dustbin till Hyderabad reach .. very dissatisfied n disappointed..
