very bad RAC Gondia to Hyderabad not confirmed and very bad experience two person and one sit ...why u take two person rupees and gave one sit RAC .I am complent against irctc it's so ambaring traveling I doing complent

I was traveling in S8 all the train S1toS7 was having same train Box but only S8 was very bad windows not closing toilet very bad not gud.... you should not add S8 to the train very bad experience really disappointed

the hold-up of train at moulali for almost 30to 40 min. shows that a lot of lag-time is available. an official stop at moulali will help passengers to alight there and avoid delay.

Toilets are in pathetic state in the train. Seems railways has given up on cleaning and maintaining bio toilets in trains. Food in the train is passable and can be improved with the intent.

I have pre-booked my Mini veg khana with reference order 949816 through the advertisement on your app. I got confirmation from travel khana and IRCTC.
The departure time of train was 10 pm, I called the concerned people, three times from 9.30 pm. Every time they assured me that the food will be delivered before train departs.
But I could not get the delivery of the food. I again called them and they only said sorry and not food.
I am diabetic patient, no pantry and no station enroute I could not get anything to eat. Highly irresponsible and inhuman behavior.
