ticket cancelled and refunded amount 885 ..total I paid 1430 with travel guarantee included but refund 885...worst app not booked tickets and also refund amount 885 only... 1430 with travel guarantee waste of money no use my money wasted

worst experience we boarded from bza to travel hyderabad (lingampalli) in this train. worst experience had. from vijayawada to lingampalli we arrived at 8 in the morning instead of its right time 4.59 AM.

see the train is late by 3 hrs, just for the short journey. this train is not even coming from very long, but late by 3hrs to secunderabad. taking people for granted

Train is not on time and it is effecting the passengers plans and schedules. Because of train is getting delayed plans made by passengers is cancelled and in few cases it is making trouble them

It would be better if there is a announcement in the train as it is which is in the metro train so that passengers would not have any ambuity in getting down in there station

waste of money and time for this so called Machilipatnam-bidar SF passenger train.. 1 hour 30 mins delay waste of money and time..still we're in the train only.

The berths Alloted to me is 62,&64. It's Horrible to climb 62 & 64 berths by any passenger,more so Senior citizens like us.To climb 62 berth there is proper foot ladder steps or handles to pick. I got back pain after climbing the berth.To climb 64 berth my wife Rajeswari had also the same experience. I could not find time to take photos as some one or other disturbing me, being at the door. The door is also so noicy. So we had no sleep except to sit all the night and No coolness or fan air will come to that end of the birth. I once again request the Railway authorities first of all rectify the ladder and pl Donor allot upper berths to senior citizens in that coupe. wash room are very bad maintenance, bogeys are very old berth covers and ambiance very bad, they're not at all fit with reference to the Prime Minister Modi ji
