general waiting list ticket is automatically converted into rac and also given to some other person this is such a irresponsible behaviour never expected such ah bad experience I don't know who's fault is there in this situation ,but this need to be resolved

worst experience.
1. The server is not reacheable when trying to book.
2. The money that paid for zero cancellation fee is wasted no use the ticket is not confirmed and then money got returned only half of that I paid.
3.Ticket not confirmed not travelled by train
