pathetic travel experience from confirmtkt end, charged me extra money as travel guarantee option but gave me half seat whole night wasn't able to sleep at all. customer care chat response was also horrible. instead of travel guarantee general I would have choose general. I need proper justice on my this travel.

it is not a Second class AC it looks like sleeper coaches.
smell coming inside the seat like a dead rat .

I was carried my food with me. So I can't rating for food. And train reached Ernakulam In 30 mins early from sheduled time. l had good experience with this train.

Good train. It's almost new I guess. The train was on time and reached the destination 15 mins before. A perfect ride

train quality and toilets were clean but none of the passengers couldn't sleep because there were too much of cockroaches. very worst

The stingy smell of urine in coach toilets, makes passengers annoying. Also in the coach there smokers violating. They freely smoke without any restrictions.

smvt railwastation is not getting in google map. so it is too difficult to find out. and in Banglore 80% cab drivers has don't know this railway stations.

No staffs involved.Only thing to say about fowl smell coming out from toilets was horrible.
