Doors are closed for boarding in intermediary Stations. No one bothered about the passenger. Suffered a lot in jolarpettai Junction. No display boards for boggies in platform no 1. Will this problems rectified? A Moorthy. Sr.Citizen.

train starts only at 22.35 instead of 22.10. Also entire train has very bad smell due to toilet not cleaned

For senior citizens you are allotted upper berths. We have trouble always. Can you rectify this problem?

not good . water was not available in rest room . bad smell emanated from the rest room once the door wad opened. staff behavior good .

The blankets issued was very dirty and the toilets very much stinks. Good train with very poor maintenance.
