Cheran SF express.One of the worst journey. The toilets were kept soiled and uncleaned and water stagnation noticed in one of the toilet. Further, cockroaches freely roamed in the compartment. Also, compartmrnt is not properly maintained and pungent smell pervaded the entire compartment. Bad smell emanated from screens. A very bad experience.

windows can't be closed all rain water came inside, in Arakkonam station all the unreserved peoples came and sat inside our coach.

just name is superfast
No punctuality
no time keeping
Not just 1 or 2 times, all the times this is the only issue.
the destination time is 6am but we are keep on going at 6:45am or 7am
better took Nilgiris not cheran

food quality not arises since the train is tool ate and no food is served.. Toilets are to be improved and sufficient water should be available

rac ticket with two persons in one seat not comfortable to journey,it's very difficult to travel in one seat with two persons so railway department notice it

தற்சமயம் புதியதாக வடிவு அமைக்க பட்ட LLB coach வெளியே அழகு உள்ளே ஊத்தை கழிவுவரை படு மோசம். ஜன்னல்கள் மூட முடியவில்லை. toilets உள்ள தண்ணீர் push button not working. அதிகாரிகள் அவ்வப்போது S.L.படுக்கை வசதி உள்ள coach மற்றும் U/R Coach பார்த்தால் பயணிகளின் கஷ்டங்கள். மூத்த குடிமக்களுக்கு உள்ள சலுகைகள் இடுத்தாலும் வசதியை செய்து கொடுக்கலாமே. இதை DRM மற்றும் Train maintenance பார்த்து சரி செய்யுங்கள். நன்றி வணக்கம்.

Ac not worked as i thought and also pantry is there or not i can't get anything as well as little bit cleanliness eanted more attention in toilets

not good . water was not available in rest room . bad smell emanated from the rest room once the door wad opened. staff behavior good .

Side birth is very small in size.
Couldn't able to sleep throughout the night...
Seems to be a newly designed coach.
Worst experience...
