very worst experience with the food 🥑, here non veg is 120/- per plate but the taste is very 😞, please order the food online from other restaurants, it's ok if you spend more money at least you will get good quality food. Here coffee is 25/- and chai is 20/-.

train reached ok upto davangeri and dealy by more than one and half hour to haveri and half hour late to hubli though informed train speed increased and change in timing from 1st Oct 2022 coaches No dustbins to through away left over food water bottle and waste what purpose removed don't know

compartments appear to be clean, but cockroaches start moving around at night.
washrooms always stink. no water in flush tank A2.
garbage bin is overflowing. the attendants empty out garbage bins in plastic bags and throw them out of the train dirty the clean country side.
egg biryani is good. I always have that. correct spicy and correct flavours.

pls make more trains in North Karnataka part due to WL my ticket got cancelled and i now to save my job paying a high amount for the flight plz try to make more trains from UBL station to New Delhi

don't know what to say it's a express train or a local passenger train too much slow and too much non reserved croud in a reservation sleeper coaches like a general coaches and TC doing nothing

train was late at my boarding station by 4.30 hr and reached HNZM 6.00 hr late.
so be careful while booking. also check its timing for 2-3 previous days to be more sure about its timing

forget every thing. the ticket booking system of confirmtkt is best. Easy to use for raw person. 100,% fit and fine. Leave train quality, we the people of India don't want to run with time. all is well is the answer.

The windows did not close properly and rattled and we were shivering in cold. The toilets ran out of water. There should have been at least one round of cleaning during this long trip.

Not at all a comfortable train to travel in. There were people belonging to General compartment lurking around in the Reserved coach. The washrooms were untidy and the stench was unbearable and it was coming up to the berths. Hygienic ambience should be maintained at any cost!

Many cigarette and beedi smokers are big punishment for the family and other travellers, they smoke in door,or in toilets.. nobody talking about it also people speaks very loudly till 12 am..big nonsense..

The tea vendors from pantry are selling coffee for Rs25/- and tea for Rs25/- with out displaying as most of the pantries charge for cup of coffee or tea from Rd 8 to 10/- only.This may please be checked.

The attendant serving food was too rude while talking to passengers...they had their own tym to serve food ....n wen all were sleeping they came to take payments that too in a rude way...no manners at all to talk... shameless people...very bad experience
