Travel experience is very worst .The reserved coach was completely encroached by unreserved people. So we phased lot of difficulties. ladies embraced to get into even for toilet.
we are not travelled in the train. coach filled up with unreserved passengers. I never experienced like this. we almost 15 reserved passengers. I complained to station master he simply saying this is not our problem and we cannot do anything. service is very worst. on 15 only 3 of them travelled in train. No TTR have came. Then why you doing reservation for passengers. let all can travel with unreserve tickets right. atleast alternative tickets can be provide or refund should be paid. no customer support is their. worst response from station master
my family members 12 on going.but seat booking separating.always last coach D12,D23 booking.I am not satisfied.family not departed.becouse train journey enjoy in life.so further future am booking continue seat same compartment. then other cotravelers gents mingle nearby seat.we don't like it.please improve this activity.
Rest room total maintenance is POOR.Being a day travel train ODOUR of toilet being smelled by all passengers. Cleaning with dettol mist be done at the intermediate station were the train halted.

Very good train renewed.but there is no maintenance locks and holding keys are broken can not keep that eating table properly.passengers also should maintain train cleanliness
New 2nd sitting coach introduced from last week for vaigai express, it is more uncomfortable, center door as in previous coaches were now eleminated no air circulation, more over windows were not of full open type, it is suffocating.
Seat width were reduced, unable to sit comfortably, it is individual push back, not able to keep luggage under the seat
need RPF supervision to avoid unreserved passenger travelling in reserved coaches.. Its really very disgusting...
Seat size not enough for three passengers..

open ticket people are came in our compartment,
and they gave much disturbance, so unable go to restroom, pls take the action in future railway department.
Since i am a lady i was sitting near a man... That is very very bad to be sit like nothing will happen... Uncomfortable journey ever... Please consider my humble request we need a separate coach or it may be few more seats...
