confirm tickets foolish to me.at the time of booking it shows guaranteed travel for that I had booked.but finally waiting list ticket cancelled.I have facing many challenges to travel in buses.It decrease the faith of confirm ticket

I regret, to book ticket. The deduction for cancelation is high. The deduction for cancelled ticket is unfare trading. It leads to file suit before consumer commission.

train stop alarm handle must change, I saw a person getting down from upper berth, unfortunately he pulled it, thought has a handle. & he was caught by railway person.
