The toilet neatness must be given more attention.Travellers should also be given proper guidance in maintaining cleanliness at the time of issuing tickets for their journey through sms/ mail.

everything is wrost no ticket has confirmed for me from the previous day after two times payments online and offline .I requested through police department of banglore yet I have no ticket .kindly withdraw my all money back . I will complaint about the ticket management system manually through proper .till than draw my all money back offline paid rs 2715 for tatkal ticket booking and online 4249rs for tatkal tickets from banglore to Delhi total 6964 rs .

catering and catering staff need to be clean and inviting. It is not so. toilets were filled and overflowing. Needs permanent solution. placing of biggies

Rate of food is high quality is low. At starting point tea, food and beverages are good. In mid it is worst. Railway should think about people welfare instead of just focusing only on business.

This train has a tendency to come late and reach late.actually for punctuality there should be 0 star.
As it does not deserve one star as well. Please convey this to mail so that they can react on punctuality

yeh train bhut hi bekar hai muje is train me beth kar bhut gussa aa raha hai .....reson ....yeh hai ki is train me TC sab bikau hai kisi ki problm nhi smjhte T.c bus paisa mangte hai 500/ 600/ mangte hai kisi ka vatting me ticket hai osse paise wasulte hai muhh phad phad par paise mangte hai or dusra reson hai timing 2hour aage kardi hai 9: bje 11bje tak timing thik thi ....lekin ab 9:bje se 1bje tak kardi hai plz sir kuch kariye is train ka

I boarded the train from Yeswantpur to Hubli. The AC-3 compartment was full of bad smell and and in some part of coach AC was not working properly.

travel time is higher, if we consider the number of official stoppage it should be taking lesser time. but it doesn't seems to be the case with this train

still lot of things to be needs to be improvement specially food section food quality is very bad.. if u don't ask him questions or if u don't have knowledge about the food charges definitely you will be fooled by canteen people.. best thing is thay say it's egg beryani and that give totaly different dish... great service.. this how you loot the people....

Again it follows d local train which is not acceptable by all commuters.There is self implied means of Samprak Kranti.It can cover YPR UBL within 7 hrs but it is Men made delay in d name of Technical reasons.

The train was right on time in all the stations. As per cleanliness in concerned, the floors were clean but from out side window it was looking so much dirty. Also inside toilet, there was no water just after travelling around 200 KMs, toilets were stinky with no water. Veg food was good, but I bought some rabdy after the dinner and my throat got infected after one hour of eating that dish. It was of very ppor quality. [My wife also got the same infection]. Two days after eating that rabdy, still we are recovering from bad throat. So IRCTC should sell only good food. Also from Miraj, some people boarded our S5 coach and over crowded without confirmed ticket and they were trying to sleep here and there and making so much noise in the coach. So TC or police should have come and verified the ticket at such junctions. So I could not sleep as I wanted to take care of family members due to bad crowd from Miraj.

The train completes her journey from bhopal to jhansi in nearly 7hours seven hours which is not good in comparison to other trains if possible think about it thanks
