train ticket has issue they were booking more than the available seats that makes so irritating we were paying for one whole seat but only receiving two half seats for one rac seat on 2nd ac but we all paid for one whole seat this is not okay and it's not fair tooo

worst train, completely jam packed with crowd from Bihar who entered without tickets and worst part is toilets were so dirty that you can't even look at them, no cleaning staff was present to clean the toilets and food and water was not available with irctc catering staff, overall it was the worst experience traveling in this train, Indian railway sucks, TTE were only interested in making some cool money from the crowd traveling without tickets, shame on the management who don't care about their passengers discomfort caused due to their greed in making money by taking advantage of their passengers situation. must say it was one of the most horrible experience traveling in this train. hope some one will take notice and do something to set right things going forward.

My association with Railways is decades old, at least 4 decades. I had been a fan of IR ever since. It was awful for me to experience the services of such a big organization, the way they manage their services, punctuality etc. But, my present experience is not good at all. Misleading boards on compartment - Delhi train showing the board of MGR Chennai central, toilets very dirty in the starting point itself, unauthorized persons stationed permanently near the toilet ,blocking the way to toilets, talking loudly till very late night by was spoiling our sleep, extra pressure on toilets which become dirty soon, privacy and security of reserved passengers at stake. I complained repeatedly and seen some action by some IR staff but sooner these staff members move out, these unauthorized elements appear again. Some permanent solution need to be found. Request IR authorities to help us travel peacefully as we have reserved well in advance and on travel day we face this type of atmosphere.

1st ac prices are almost comparable to flight prices however it needs drastic improvement 1. freshner bottle empty 2. condition of toilets have not improved 3. first class coach ambience needs to be worked upon 4. see the condition of curtains - look like they have not been washed since ages 5. train attendant is least bothered about convenience e.g. in my case he was absconding for 1 hour 6. cleaning staff cleaning is just a eyewash .....they just want how to extract money from passenger e.g. my cabin was cleaned in tandem and then he begged to give some token

Need mobile holders, table near window, introduce more coaches for those on waiting list or regular passengers.Otherwise waiting list people, trouble people in the sleeper compartments. Especially men. There are a lot of fights for seats among men, on the waiting list. Toilets and sink get dirty, when more people use it. Need good water supply too.

train service is not good because in reservation compartment it's like general compartment. we are bouge no.4 no water toilet is very badly sinking after no of complaints also water has filled ahamednagar ladies unable to go for washroom. that is in Karnataka express so worst service first time experienced in reserved bouge looks like general worst than general. food is also not up to the mark.

train quality is very poor, no such any TTE Staff visit at my seat between Kopargaon to new Delhi and 100 of without tickets peoples travel in S3 coach. Bathroom blocks by this people's. kindly check CCTV videos and take appropriate action action TTE and other concerned staff.

TC is moral and ethical guy. he's doing he's duty morally and ethically. my RAC seat he himself came and told and upgraded to confirm. many people try to have him money for same but he's adhering to his duty exactly. please add the sections like - 1.WHAT YOU LIKE 2.WHAT YOU DON'T LIKE 3. I HAVE AN IDEA to have more catogarised review. all the best.

My ticket status was showing as confirmed without mentioning the seat numbers. But on the day of traveling it has shown as RC 47 and 47 in coach no S7. My tickets were booked 60 days before. I had to face much difficulty in traveling. I felt very bad about this.

the train was late by one hour at Ahmednagar. due to track repair, the train halted at Ahmednagar for over two and half hours. there was no announcement as to why and how long it will halt. even now it has halted for over 15 mins, half an hour to Belapur. very pathetic

I have made complaint for cleaning coach on crossing bhusaval around 6.00pm and feedback code after one hour I got a call that your coach has cleaned up by volunteers please share feedback code. I surprised and told him no body has attended coach and coach not cleaned up til time. I will share code only after cleaning coach. After that coach has cleaned up at Khandwa around 8.00 pm
