toilets are very dirty, after complaining so many time , no response from the train attendant.. worse experience.
need to review cleaning departments..

ac was not working and train was aligned just 10 min before on platform which was difficult to board looking at the rush. no cleaning no food and water

Train was completely crowded with mosquito,staff was pretending we have less qty of black hit,toilets were not working,chocked.dustbins were filled within one hour of train movement and not cleaned there after.

very bad apps high conformation chance during tiket booking but after chart prepared no conform seat ..
so i think don't use this apps.

This train journey are quite well , all find in satisfactory condition , I have requested rail ministry to run one more wounderful train through thawe junction , because there are no any train in this area , and during festival time we all public are really very trnsionise due to absence of unavailability ,

There were cockroach all around the birth and the pillow cover was so dirty and even after asking to ward guy, he denied starting that he has no more.

Pathetic train....ac in coach b3 not working......No curtains......big fat rats roaming around....coackroaches and flies and mosquitos everywhere.....trsin staff just interested in filling feedback forms...

Train is horrible alway late from the date it inugrated n late evrytime this train only focus on money n fare tht why people get confirm ticket....mosquites n cockroaches travels everyday...when asked staff to do something he said its not my work.....

Although its a nice train but the train got late by 8 hours!
Indian Railways should focus on that aspect more now. Surveillance camera and wifi facilities are useless if the train is not on time. It leads to loss of man hours. Complete waste of time and energy!
