This train deserve the superfast tag but the food quality is very undergone ЁЯШС and the train coach not washed out from inside and outside of the coach seat covers also get so dirty and toilets are smelling worst

train is rescheduled 24 hours and still going in slow motion... train is too dirty as comparison to others. i am notglad that much as I entered in my coach.

Ac failure for more than 2 hours, indian bathroom are very dirty, not even frequent cleaning of toilets. train coaches are very old, requires new replacement with new coaches

Good train. hygiene and clean bogies. running on time. food quality is so so. The proud of North Bihar. time should be reduced by at least 2 hours coz it has extra margin of time. from Delhi to lukhnow it's running 130 kmph but after lkw it's running within 100 kmph. railway should take care of timing.

worst train in delhi hajipur route .please not buy ticket in this train buy only Ac-1,2,3 .take my advice seriously other wise face consequence.Not travel with your family in this train.

as 4months ago I purchased the ticket still could confired only 1seat I got to travel so did not go to celebrate my holi with my family so embracing IRCTC should think about it

very worst conditions in coach no cleaning system was applicable .
No water supply s
in coach S13 n no response by coach mitra.
Any item was recieve by catering boy in extra charge .

jerney of good.. but very difficult because not any discipline in this train many passengers with general ticket and without ticket.accept waiting ticket in all sleeper coach...no any checking....TTE come only one time...and no proper checking

The train is running too much late and all general passengers are seating on my seat and T.T hasn't doing anything just he was get some of money from them... It was Too much. I am not going to travel again in this train.....

It is quite difficult to travel in 12566 bihar sampark kranti exp for children and old.only adults can bear the rush of the train.I will avoid travell in the train.oh what......? I cann't describe.sleeper class has been made cattle class.railway must consider....

This was the worst maintained train I have ever seen. Seats were torn, even the train roof (made of cardboard type material) had too many holes. No cleanliness. Too much public in the train.
