The toilets Stinked,due to no water, Food was stale, and no Pickle to at least make it up was given, No one was interested in selling Rail NEER, they are all seling only Local brands.

Train was canclled for BHOPAL station but there was informed by irctc. I am a patient and facing probles and why amount was deducted in return ticket.

The 2AC coach was extremely dirty and even after complaining to the person in charge of the compartment no action was taken. The pantry food was tasteless and oily. The toilets were also unacceptably dirty . For the price we pay to travel in a better coach the experience was worse

Coach condition very bad old coach and cockroaches inside the seatbio toilet in very litter condition 2nd ac like sleeper very bad travelling experience and funk (bad smell) come out side from toilet room very bad coach condition. SHOBHIT KUMAR

The hygiene and habitability condition onboard train no. 12541 is very low. The washroom doors don't have the locking arrangements. Secondly, no action has been taken by the hous
ekeeping department to clean the used washrooms, in most of the coaches the water is not available during morning time. In all total, I can say it is nothing than a disastrous trip.

toilet was too dirty. I do not have words to describe and it's big slap on govt. swach bharat mission. Piyush Goyal ji needs to focus on cleanliness of these trains. He should once travel then, he will realise the ground reality. Talking in air will not work. Train was not cleaned at any station....once again its shame on railway.

I felt as if I was traveling in a very outdated or otherwise a discarded train. The train!! was full of dirt, dustbin not emptied for long, ample bad odour besides. There were more than bearable jerks due to which could not sleep for a while despite traveling in a III rd AC category. Felt a distinct difference between this railway and neatness and cleanliness of trains of Western Rly. apart from their smooth running on rail tracks. Tremendous scope for improvement !!!

pathetic cleanliness and hygiene . worst nightmare with cockroaches and rats runing around you. water pipe burst , snik broken and toilets filled with shit and not cleaning whatsoever even on single station . superfast train halted at all stations and outer of city .delayed over 4 hours cost me a day at job . pantery food and water was sub standard i complaint but all GRP constable were busy eating free food in pantry car and none played attention to my complaint . i told i am also health inspector in railways so they offered me free water bottle can you believe that the corruption is at peak. worst service of railways

Pathetic train Cleanliness, all toilet broken and smell full with shit and dried shit in kgs. Water pipes bursted and full cockroach n rats. Train stopped at all station lost my duty for day because of delay. Want my money back
