Reserved Sleeper S coach like unreserved coaches lot of unreserved people occupied in the left over spaces,very difficult to move to bathrooms ,all are living in the walking ways, it is very difficult for ladies to move to bathrooms in S2 compartment.Very horrible experience to senior citizens like us.Pl look into this matter and take steps to avoid unreserved ticket passengers are getting into the reserved compartments.

in that journey we struggle with the unreserved people in the bhogi compartment lot of people in reserved coach we didn't slept peacefully there is space for that reserved coachs very poor journey kindly take the action for future travelers and train was not clean and hygiene bad odour spit an on the floor ... o travel with my one and half year kid lot of struggle with this journey

This is my first and worst experience in Indian railway,i think they cleaned the couches one month,that much of westages,you can't enter in the toilet,that much of smell, totally overflowing in closet,i feel i traveled in unreserved compartment,my next seet person mobile also missed, very worst experience.

The train was 9 hours late. shame on you Indian railway stealing people's money. we wanted to reach there (Alappuzha) by 1pm on 12th of July and this train reached palakkad only by 6pm this should have been reached palakkad by 8am in the morning but it didn't. as we have to reach Alappuzha by 1pm we had to take a different transportation and this IRCTC didn't even refunded the amount. shame on you. there are better ways to rob people. giving 1star so that I can only submit my comment

train was so late and the new policy about waiting ticket is very bad I have my third AC ticket I booked this from defence travelling system and I can't travel with this ticket because this is waiting and I will not found any refund also because I booked this ticket from warrant provided by defence this is very bad with defence personnel u want either we should allowed to travel or railway ministy has to change rules for defence personnel or provide us confirm tickets

Worst travel experience of my life.
Firstly, the seats were torn and in a deplorable state, which not only compromised comfort but also raised concerns about hygiene. The toilets were even worse, emitting a foul smell with flies buzzing around, creating an unhygienic and unpleasant environment for passengers.
Moreover, the train was egregiously delayed by 3 hours without any clear communication or updates provided to passengers. This delay caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my travel plans severely.
Furthermore, the overall cleanliness of the train was abysmal. The floor was wet and slippery, posing a safety hazard to passengers. The windows were coated with grime and dirt, seemingly untouched for years.

ये ट्रेन नहीं भूंसा गाड़ी है, sleeper बोगी में अपनी रिज़र्व सीट पर बैठने तक के लिए बहस करनी पड़ी क्योंकि हमारी रिज़र्व सीट पर पहले से लोग बैठे हुए थे जो कि हट नहीं रहे थे। TTE से भी complain की लेकिन वो केवल रसीद बनाने में busy था और लोगों से पैसे लें लेकर पहले से ही भरी ट्रेन में उनको ट्रेन की गैलरी में भर दिया, जब हमने पूछा कि पैसेंजर टॉयलेट कैसे जाएंगे तो TTE ने बोला कि अभी थोड़ी देर बाद इन सबको दूसरी ट्रेन में शिफ्ट कर दिया जाएगा और ऐसे वो झूठ बोलकर अपना पैसा बनाकर बोगी से चला गया। हमको टॉयलेट जाने के लिए भी 100 बार सोचना पड़ रहा है। मैं इस ट्रेन को 10 में से 0 नंबर दे रहा हूँ हालांकि इसको तो नेगेटिव नंबर देने चाहिए।

Worst experience I have ever had with Indian railways. I was traveling in this train on 26Jan 24 B1 compartment.The cleanliness state of toilets and vestibules was very poor. I saw rats and cockroaches inside compartment. I complaint my issue on 139 rail madad no. One hygiene supervisor came and started verbal fight with me. This was my worst experience ever.

जिंदगी की इतनी गंदी ट्रेन मैंने अपनी लाइफ में नहीं देखी है स्लीपर में ऐसा लग रहा था किसी जनरल बोगी में ऊपर से बाथरूम जाने के लिए सोच भी नहीं सकता आदमी इतना गंदा बाथरूम टिकट चेकर वैसे तो बहुत परेशान करते हैं और ट्रेन में कोई आता भी नहीं है चेक करने के लिए जनरल का क्राउड कैसे स्लीपर में आ गया वेरी बेड बहुत गंदा एक्सपीरियंसsame off you ticit cheker and train handle

Very bad experience. The train was complete with dirt. The toilets were not clean. Not recommended. The photos which are uploaded below are the scenes of compartments after a rough cleaning process done by the railway workers. The situation was worse than this while boarding.

1. no neat and clean
2. staffs are not good
3. not good food providing
4. nonsense facilities
5. sleeper couch like general couch
6. TT's are not faithfull
7. not running on time
8. bathrooms are so dirty
suggestions:
1. TT must help passengers
2. unnecessary out side seller entering in the couch
3. all necessary must provide through Indian railways, both payable or unpayable

I want one of the top officials of the railways to travel in this train to understand why Indian railways works on loss and to realise how life can get worse at times!!
Better stop this train service or change it into a passenger train, cuz reservation system ain't working already.
Try not to book this train.never ever!
