If it is possible i would give rating in negative value. Very disappointed and disgusting Train I have never seen in my life. 3rd AC is always a facility of Sleeper Class along with AC🤣 Plus one most important thing is that the waiting time at the station. I am waiting from 1 am to 5 am. This train needs to arrive at 1:55 am but arrives at 5 am in Bhubaneswar and after that the journey is bullshit. The train stops anytime anywhere when she wishes to stop. Stops at the intermediate station without any reason and half for 1/2 n hour 45 minutes. Today this train is 8 and 1/2 hours late. I need to arrived guwahati at 4:55 am but now I will arrive at 1:00 pm which is 40 hours journey instead of 24 hours. Even now I am writing the feedback inside the train and the train is stopped without any reason in intermediate station. Also off the AC in between for several minutes.

froud app from 15 days wait final travelling date ticket got cancelled it was 28 wl after I checked confirmation chances was 71% after 1 hour confirmation chances decrease to 36% how can be possible.. totally froud virat kohli should stop advertising for this froud app, rail minister is simple waist fellow should resign better then no response for betterment of department

see u are fraud. I will file case against you. you said guarantee ticket then I paid 1000 extra but suddenly you are saying not allotted and after a week you fraud extra money. if I know you are not getting ticket than why I paid. guarantee means what? easily you can do fraud. please send my ticket money full. other wise I will take action and you can say we have terms and conditions but see terms and conditions is need to be fare. it is directly you are doing fraud. nonsense people with in a week 1000 you can earn with out doing anything. shame on you. you are mentally handicapped. how you do that money you never ever be happy. you will go in a hale. fraud fraud fraid fraud...,............. you are not earning money you are stealing money from innocent people. so God will punish you. within one week you will get huge loss. who actually doing this seriously you are getting huge loss..........

I have made a reservation seat in S7\ 25 . But you're given general tickets to other people. how is it possible? ... And the Washroom is not good means some washroom sinks are not working properly water is not came and water sink also is stucked

i have a journey 2AC ticket tathkal with an extra charge seat no A2 5/6 side upper and side lower, seat is very congested every one say now train journey is very smooth but what is this? this is a seat? or zoo? i think it's required to change seat size,,,,

trust me I really hate Train policy,
one thing if the ticket not sure they should tell us before payment. you guys can show us clearly which is booked
I'm really disappointed about this policy
again if they canceled they ticket they should returns all the money why are taking cancellation fee?
please. change this policy don't make us foolish. try to have some respect please 🙏

the train remains overcrowded and the passages are mostly blocked
the AC compartment doesn't get required attention ( bedding , AC temperature, Bathroom & Cleaning in the coach)
cockroach are in abundance
Railneer is not sold but promotes other brands

It is too bad, even reservation people are struggling to travel in this train. Sleepers containers are like 2nd class container, all general people are sitting along with reservation people, this is not fair for reservation people and not feel safe, struggling to travel.

No cleaning at all. Coach is not good. Very bad position of Toilet. The entire coach is brooken. The A/C attend has given dirty pillow & bed sheet. Experience a bad experience. Have paid the money like flight charges. Indian Railway has ruined.

Train and toilets are too dirty. Blankets are very dirty with stinking smell. Surprise to see that all the blankets were torn and full of big holes in it. Railwsy Ministry is only spending money for publicity but practically very bad and we don't know where those funds are being diverted at the cost of non provision of

it is a good train but it is a very long distance train it takes 60 hours to reach Guahati and it gives stoppage in 40 stations my suggestion is to reduce the station stoppage and it will take less time to reach Guahati it will be pleasure for the passengers to reach early as it is very hard to stay more than 2 days in train
