one of the most worst train . ..very dirty.... cleanliness is nill..... railway is only publishing in social media....they only advertise top train facilities....in real sceneries it is damn dirty.....

Bt the B2 Coach Was so bad condition... In my journey 23rd sep
when the train was in Assam that time heavy rain came and the water leakage is their in the coach.. the water come inside the train and our luggage ar full of water... And we are so uncomfortable for that incident with us... I requesting to IRCTC To renovate the coach please....

extremely difficult to travel by this train🚂🚋🚃🚋🚃🚋🚃. Train is totally unhygienic in condition weather it may be bedsheets, toilets or boggy comportments and even food also.

Very Bad Experience in the train. Staff's are not responding properly and rest room very dirty travelling with ladies useless.Running cockroaches on my head.the only good thing is that train is running
on time.

The launch is not so good that so bad .
From coffee they take coffee and not give free but take rupees but in youtube thwy show that coffee is free

Everything was good,but the long time travelling doesnt suites to older people.
So seats to be converted to cushion seats.
What i mean is there has to be an improvement in providing comfortness for travellers( who are travelling for more than 24 hours)

punctual in time , obviously neat and clean , seats are very comfortable and especially I like the light that nearby each and every seat.And it was my 1st time to travel in Humsafar.

TRAIN WAS MORE THAN 5 HOUR LATE ,TOILET WAS NOT CLEAN AS EXPECTED THEY SHOULD CLEAN EVERY 1-2 HOUR,FOOD MENU WAS MADE BY PANTERY WE HAVE ONLY 2 OPTION VEG(100/-) OR NON VEG(140/-) not less than that. PILLOW COVER WAS GIVEN USED ONE AND SPECIALLY MORE IMPROVEMENT NEEDED IN FOOD PRICE SPECIAL INVESTIGATION SHOULD BE DONE IN EVERY PANTERY TRAIN .

Toilets are not at cleaned regularly. Even water is not filled in main stations. Due to this there is no water in bathrooms.coaches are not arranged serially.
