I booked my train ticket 2 months ago whose pnr was 12478 b -6 /41-42-43-44 but today when we sat in the train katra thi why our compartment and seat TT is changed the seat below us

There is no such thing as cleanliness in the train, I had also told the TTE that arrangements should be made for the cleanliness of the S-2 coach, but also registered a complaint on the housekeeping number but not clean this cotch.

Toilet was very dirty from delhi to vadodara even no hand wash in AC coach house keeping person used water mixing handwash after escallation all passangers fill feedback form with very poor ckeanliness.
