Food quality is too poor rather than charges paid by us. There is need for improvement of food quality as well as catering staff. Moreover, cleaningness in the train is the prime moto of the Indian railway, however, catering staff are not trustworthy while serving to the passengers.

I had confirmed ticket from DALTONGANJ , But due to some reason train was diverted on 20.01.19 and I came to Ranchi to ride the train. No one helped us, even TTE was not cooperative, Canteen person demanded money for dinner as my Tkt was from DTO, and I have taken train from Ranchi. I started my journey at 6 O.clock from DTO.

Train ke coach bahut hi hands the es se sad to normal sleeper ke coach the attander ko Boone pr wo bola three tier ac ke liye only one person hai house keeping Wala wo bhi rat me nahi karta clean Subah hi karega
