The train toilet was not cleaned and blocked.this is premium but cleanliness is very poor .local train toilets are good compared to this premium train.pl improve and maintain the basic cleaning.

Rajdhani is a total disappointment. Tier 1 H2 Cabin was a nightmare. Toilets are worst and no Brushing faucet. Everyone had to go inside the toilets to use the faucet. The toilets both seat designs have a v narrow sinking hole. All passengers complained locally but no one attended. Worst experience with 12433 Rajdhani Exp. I won't ever travel again. Del PDY Exp, Garib Rath etc are way better than Rajdhani. Indian Railway Ministry should really rethink to establish better existing trains rather new VB Exp or any new monorails. Sh. NaMo & Railway Minister should hear this.

प्रीमियम ट्रेन होने के बाद खाना बहुत खराब मिला है ।केवल दो चपाती और थोड़े से चावल ।एक आदमी की भूख नहीं मिट सकती ।सुबह की चाय नहीं दी हैंड टॉवेल भी नहीं दिया गया ।

very poor quality of food. the item is not as per menu. the train is late upto 12 hrs and reaches at 1030pm instead of 1030am, but dinner is to us rice 200gm and Dal. this is the menu of dinner. Indian railway is just watching the comments. But not take any kind of action.

not issue dessert...

poor quality of food and train also. plz maintain the train standred. rajdhani train is the Shan of Indian Railway plz maintain. bedsheet not useful v dirty. toilet v. dirty

No power socket on side seats in 3rd ac...no cooling..very dirty place where food was arranged in trays..dirty toilets....staffs clothes bwere dirty.. overall no hygiene.worst experience!!

Bad service, some staff Rodlly, Totally Rajdhani express is to bad. Last five years back rajdhani is excellent. Now no value for money in Rajdhani I request to don't travel in rajadani. Normal express is better than rajdhani.

It's not rajdhani just another express train. It delayed two hours after reaching palwal just 40 km away from its destination. Pity in this rajdhani, we require bullet trains improve the current system.

Very poorly manage toilets..all wet n unhygenic..SLhand wash only contain water...Boggy is studded all over with dust and waste...No one came to clean till in morning when we scold to clean it...
ocerall experiance is very bad...Hopeless for Rajdhani

but dirty floor and toilet ..nobody has come to clean the toilet?
one more thing?? .catering staff forcely asking for tip? im a regular traveller of this train , every time they bargen for tip?. they said sab kuch seva pani ho jaye? .
