My already tckt is confirmed but we are facing too much gathering inside in the train . The peoples are understood we are going to era of COVID 19, but they didi not show his manners. So therefore I request to you plz take necessary action against gathering.

every person of food supplier or vendors in this train does not aware about covid -19 guidelines also they are not provide bill relating a cup of tea or another food items such as veg biryani,egg biryani or anything else.
SO it's my humble request to you and your authority please look and watch out on this critical condition also please provide a genuine food on this pice of amount.THANK YOU

Toilet very dirty giving bad smell. Very rush of passengers with huge luggages having general class tickets in sleeper coaches lying in spaces between births. Very bad experience for this journey.

There is no drinking water availability, No can reach bathroom that much rush, No water availability in washroom as well as basins to wash the hands, females are standing babies are crying, man's are fighting to stand. people are full inside to bathroom.

train is arrived on time but the additional coach is same name so T.T are not given me actual birthday so therefore I have a too much luggage so I was trouble overall management is not good with passenger

I did not understand that I had made a lot of tickets before the time I was created, 33 was waiting at the time and came to the last 19 stops on the wait, even though I had made a lot of tickets earlier

every thing is good it runs at 130kmph and reaches patna before 1 minute but the problem comes before us is every sleeper coach becomes like general many waitlisted and other people who is fined 450 rupes by TT intentially and allow such people to board in the sleeper coach and it makes the bogies rush.....shame on system

when this train enter to bihar region it becomes a passenger train. it stops in every station. plz try to solve this issue . when i asked to people they all said.. this is because of Danapur anumandal. plz solve this problem.

Always delay from its schwdule time.
Pantry food is horrible. IRCTC should take care of this as we pay for the foods they provide.
They should also take care of cleanliness.
I know that nothing is going to be change with my comment... But stil....

Do not a good pantry and duplicate water bottle to supply in a coach not supply rail near water.
And the disturb in noon night running TT staff in Kanpur branch and Mughal Sarai branch running TT staff and disturb passenger.
Why to check running TT staff in passenger ticket?

Food quality is that area in Indian railway that needs to improve lots more..the food quality in that price is very very bad...and what can I say about punctuality.....you can find every days status over net...as always delayed by minimum is 2 hours...
