Confirmation of family ticket should be logical in terms of upper and lower birth. They should be close to each other. People were boarding and seating without confirm ticket and paying fine, which is harming family confirmed ticket indirectly.

There was no control on unauthorised passengers. Throughout the journey, excess people were travelling with us. And we have not taken any food from the pantry car.

Lots of passenger without having cnf or even rac tickects. Its now very difficult to move from one seat to another. And I didn't try any train's food. except of packed drink. And Train is also neat and clean in this sleeper seat.

this is my 3rd time i travelled in poorva express but every time the washroom was horrible to use.....plz try to maintain the cleanliness at least in the washroom....

very bad app only trying to encourage passenger 83% chance,sometimes high chances,but all in Vail,second when money is used for booking ticket then why not it is refundable at passenger bank account,why in wallet,very bad

First time I saw some body came to clean washroom..please clean the washroom in a gap of 2 or 3 hours this is really required for maintaining hygiene specially for womens

Local passenger Rush in all coach tte take rupes and allow to stay in reserved coach tte behavior bad this tte treated me to if I completed against him then he slap me need take necessary action

The train was really good in terms of punctuality and speed. food was average. other amenities like toilets water etc are bad.
One thing that is required urgent attention is to keep check on people who don't have reservation ticket at all and some don't have confirm ticket- they occupy the seats, even misbehave. bringing this to the concerned authorities such as TC, railway police don't give any results.
One more thing, the train caterers don't serve rail neer, even on demand. they give some local unknown brands.

food quality is terrible..govt. should take it seriously. high price and low quality food is obviously a serious issue..and next comes the punctuality issue which is also ignored with this train ..2 to 4 hrs late is a common thing with this train..

Its a worst train to travel. No security. Full of unauthorised passengers sleeping on the aisle. Ramshackle coaches. Dirty toilets.
Please try to avoid this train. On top of it the train runs 4-5 hrs late on daily basis
