Train was late generally due to fog but get exprienced that without fog also caution signal used without any reason thus the late increased, now it was 8.50 hrs late now while crossing Aligar then please tell me when we reached Amritsar

I am very disappointed with the RAC seat distribution, I have booked my ticket 3 weeks ago but still do not get any seat. This is the most uncomfortable journey i have got in my travelling journey.
