Train was good but the bathrooms were constantly clogged but fixed when called the service number provided. The train was delayed but there were no extra passengers without ticket that I saw. Overall NOT A BAD EXPERIENCE.

Train 8Hours Board Time se Pahile Late Tha Or Abhi Bhi 9Hours Late Chalre hai . Jab se Train me Utha hu tabse Abhi taak 34kmh Speed se Jada Nahi Chal raha hai..... my 12372 Train Experience Very Very Poor Bad Experience

Not a clean train. Lot of unreserved and people without tickets on 3A as well. Toilets keep leaking. Though they are cleaned at the long stops. Train ran late throughout the journey and was delayed further as usual when entering Howrah.
It's high time the pantry starts accepting cards and upi.

The toilet was in very bad condition before Varanasi, for security reasons no one was there also railway security number was not reachable

maha raddi train, ye train se achcha to kisi belgadi ki sawari karana achcha rahenga,me to ye train me zindagi me dobara nahi jaunga

Toilet is in very bad position & train is four hour late. Indian railway taking super fast fare after that why 4 hour late? Thousand s of people time wastage with harsement.

it's a 3rd class train..11 hours delayed... very dirty train.seats are covered with mud.no one to clean it.toilets are more dirty then manholes,no charging port in the whole compartment.food is also very bad.

Attender and cleaning staff is not good they are shouting when we complaint for clean the washroom and coach.

train was punctual on times, but food was not good. tea was horrible. the catering people were selling special tea for 10?each small cup
