There is no charger plug in the 3rd ac side upper. That gives trouble a lot. But the staff was nice and very much helpful

Train got delayed by almost 5 Hrs. Pantry staff don't visit AC first coach, which is placed in second last bogey position. Bed-linen was dirty, although arrived in a sealed envelope, i think it was not washed after use... i asked for another set and that too turned out similar to previous one. One word is enough their service quality, " Pathetic".

Fan is not working after Jasidih junction, no security at all & in reservation seat every person who do not take reserve ticket also came and seated by force fully.

Terrible. Train stopped at platform no.4 and all AC coaches specially 2nd and 1st AC coaches were stopped much after platform and passengers walked on track in complete darkness to board coach. So painful for senior citizens to bairda train without platform.

As always the cost of food in railways cattering is too bad as compare to its cost . They charge about ?130 for veg food .but it actually cost was ?40 -50
I 'm unhappy with this facility of indian railways .

overall gd..but main problem is there charging point...almost 50% charging point not work properly...my request to railway department if they r able to read my review then plz repair all the mobile charging point..
