1. No charging point in side lower and side upper seats.
2. Hand wash given in bathroom and wash basin was very very diluted, hence to wash hand you need to take twice or thrice.
Window mirror rubber was broken hence smell and noise from outside are coming.
4. No camphor has placed in bathroom which make smell inside.
5. no room freshner sprinkled in boggy during whole journey.
6. No floor wiped with phenol or smelling agent.

The Train Was good but the problem is that there are so many General passengers entering inside the AC coach and blocked Everywhere so I would like to suggest that you need to have more focus on these situations.

too dirty old coach,no tte available, A large no. of passengers travelling without ticket or waiting ticket, coaches are overloaded

train is so good but washroom is so dirty and no clean.l requested please washroom anytime clean.so please Indian railway requested bathroom neet and clean.Thank u so much.

Train got delayed by almost 5 Hrs. Pantry staff don't visit AC first coach, which is placed in second last bogey position. Bed-linen was dirty, although arrived in a sealed envelope, i think it was not washed after use... i asked for another set and that too turned out similar to previous one. One word is enough their service quality, " Pathetic".

Fan is not working after Jasidih junction, no security at all & in reservation seat every person who do not take reserve ticket also came and seated by force fully.

Terrible. Train stopped at platform no.4 and all AC coaches specially 2nd and 1st AC coaches were stopped much after platform and passengers walked on track in complete darkness to board coach. So painful for senior citizens to bairda train without platform.

As always the cost of food in railways cattering is too bad as compare to its cost . They charge about ?130 for veg food .but it actually cost was ?40 -50
I 'm unhappy with this facility of indian railways .

overall gd..but main problem is there charging point...almost 50% charging point not work properly...my request to railway department if they r able to read my review then plz repair all the mobile charging point..
