It cannot be compared with Vande Bharat, Rajdhani Or Shatabdi. Railways treat this train as normal express train stopping at non-stoppage stations.

Being an AC coach, the cleanliness was the worst. Never take the upper birth in the train direction. The space is very narrow. The plugin we're not working, thanks to my powerbank. Food was ok but not up to the mark. I didn't know that I can upload the picture, other wise I would have clicked and upload here.
The train was 3 hrs delayed.

I was a frequent traveller of duronto since it inaugurated but in different route. This was the first time I've travelled by duronto in this route and was expecting the same experience as before but sadly it was the bad experience ever. I felt like the other train of this route is far better than the duronto since I've paid almost double the amount of ticket so.

In 2nd class AC , side upper and side lower seats are too small in comparison to normal lower and upper bearth. A kid with his parent can't accommodate their. please see to it seriously.

Train was 5 hours late to start in beginning 00. 40 hrs, which further delay on the way, It was not dinner time, and on the next day lunch was served of very very poor quality. At least lunch should be provided properly in such a situation. Thanks

Train reach late by 3 hours and pantry haven't serve food at lunch time neither any snacks, it means if train get late , they won't serve any service after their right time

There is no difference in duranto express and other express train
Toilets are very dirty
Soup and snacks not provided which was earlier provided
News paper given only one piece per 8 passenger
Always have tradition of late arrival to destination they provide only small amount of khichdi and pickle instead of lunch

very pathetic conditions..train always running late.. no clean bedsheets n pillow... more surprising is after charging Flexi fare also... you poeple cancel the soup menu from the train. worst experience

food quality was not up to the standard. tea is an essential drink for long journey mainly when train delays. if train delays the authority is responsible for providing food ,drinks and water .

The train was late by 4 Hrs.
When the train being late, then IRCTC should provide proper food for that. They may charge for that. But they only provide khichri and aachar... Is it a lunch menu????
Shame on IRCTC. It's your fault that the train gets late....

The train gets late regularly 4-5 hours and they provide only 100 gm khichdi for full day. No tea and no lunch provided in the train And there is no stoppage on the way so that you can't buy any eatble from platform also.please do necessary regards this

I think menu was not followed exactly.... There was no welcome drink....While asked , the waiter told that he did not get the welcome drink to serve. No choice for tea or coffee....Only tea bags were served.....etc
