The coaches are old and not in a good mechanical condition. The compartment was shaking vigorously throughout the night.

Garib rath express is Garib in all sense..... punctuality a big zero......cleaning very poor, toilets smelling badly..... supply of blankets, bedsheets and pillow cover very late..... staff meant for that are very rough people.....no manners at all.....sad to say. Actually with a blanket 2 bed sheets were given to each passenger in 3rd AC, but unfortunately the staff aurgues that now we give only one, pls clarify it.....IRCTC..... COMPARTMENT 'S in 3rd AC were very old ones.

wrost experience due to after Kerala enter they will give more stops unscheduled list shops and secend seating people entering here and switch offed ac morning and need to give karmelram banglore stop mandatory for banglore people help this
note : need to stop carmelram banglore at any cost

Only a couple of small
cockroaches were spotted in the toilet.
The train was late by 15 minutes on arrival at Palakkad Junction.
No pantry services were spotted in the train.

it was all gud expect that we got side seat only one can sit . and i gave them middle berth and lower berth bt we got upper berth and middle berth.

If a lady with his 5year old son traveling, please provide lower berth or middle berth. Side upper and side middle berth is not convenient

punctuality is very poor ..even departed 5mins late and in the middle of journey it was 1hr and 9mins late .. unnecessary stops was there .. but the train quality and cleanliness is super awesome ..very clean and beautiful train.<3

The AC was set to very low temperature when I got in the train at Banaswadi . The temperature in Bangalore yesterday evening was around 18 degree celsius. Thus forcing everyone to buy the blanket which was priced at rs. 25 for each set. I couldn't find blankets in our compartment therefore I had to move on to the next compartment to get my blanket. I was traveling alone yesterday and this was around 9:45 pm. After the staff made sure that almost everyone bought blankets, the AC temperature was turned up. Such behavior by railway staff is not acceptable at all! Please look at corrective measures!!

Train was 2 hrs late. Bedding should not be an option, it shd be part of the ticket.
