very bad quality train sweeping staff careless about their duties all toilet in very poor condition smelling urine smell in all bogi when we make online complaint sweeper and incharge both bother us to take our complaint back.this all happend in late night..
when we reach Delhi the train almost one hour stay at outer.

railway always delayed
in train not clean
railway food is not proper coocked the rail neer water bottle price is 15 rupee but the railway pantry staff charges 20 and the water is not chilled and the rice is half coocked and the vegetables smells

sleeper coaches are very dirty, railway can't clean properly, RAC ticket confirm but 2 passengers on 1 seat, it's very bad for both passengers, plz change these rule

The train is below the standard. Try to improve the standard of kaifiyat express as it is named after kaifi Azmi, a well known poet.

it's good to see that the train has departed timely. in future this type of train should be more on this route because many people were sitting on the floor of the train because they were in waiting and spent his journey with full of struggle.

train is good clean &comfortable but alike India most trains this train is too un punctual and about food ?????? quality that honesty saying that I not use irctc food.

Mostly delayed, up and down both train, no body interested in rawat department to listen about this train to improve its punctuality.
