Train is full of waste like bottles plastic covers and all types of wastes in entire coaches. I travelled in first sleeper coach nearer to general compartment. Most pathetic situation is in the washroom. No water in the flush tank and the entire bathroom is covered with fecal matter. I am talking about both toilets available front and backside of the coach. Mirror in the toilet are completely broken and disposed carelessly on the side - these are dangerous to a person enters, on train moving, this will cause serious accidents. Whether it's a reserved or unreserved coach, why the Railways do not inspect and maintain coach condition from station to station. Atleast this inspection and maintanence can be done between 100 km gap. Especially in long route trains, A passenger purely depend on train only - they cannot get down to a station and do their basic needs.

Special Attention Should Be Paid To The Arrangement Of Which Coach Is Coming near which place At The Railway Station And Weather It Is Working Properly Or Not

Had a Very Bad Experience travelling in this Kerla S Kranti....No cleanliness at all inside coach nor inside toilet had to call guys through Railmadad App....there team came & done cleaning but after some time it's same condition....not drain option on toilet floor waters floating inside toilet......Even non confirm tickets holder lying on the floor unable to walk inside...

The cleanliness of the train was not upto the mark. The doors of our coach was not closing properly. While talking about punctuality, I boarded the from Vasai Road and the delay was only 7 minutes and the duration kept on increasing and decreasing from station to station, but now, the time I am writing this is 6:27 am and it is currently halting at Shoranur Junction, 6:25 am is the time to departure from Thrissur, but it has not yet departed from Shoranur Junction. Food quality of the food from pantry of this train is good

It is difficult to identify whether it is a reserved coach or a general coach.. You can get out only if you have a canoe.. The water in the bathroom is in the entire compartment. This is the first time I have had such a bad train journey.

Food quality is normal and will rate 6/10. But the food price is overcharging as I bought chicken thali yesterday night which they took Rs. 180 and which is actually only Rs.130 and even I asked for the bill but they refused to give me the bill.

B4 preparation of chart it was wl 2,3 and 4 of three seats. But after chart preparation it was same. So long root from Ambala Cantt to Ernakulam jn. Its really very disappointing and shameful tfor railway that it was not confirmed.

washing equipment are not good.. cleaning staff are not doing there job properly.. pantry staffs behavior are not good. when we ask something to them they don't response...

there is no doubt to say that indian railway has been more advanced now these days.but necessary improvement should be there in food pantry because they are taking their own rate passenger doesn't know about the rate list of food.

Very very bad condition of train as well as bathrooms. Train timings has to be rescheduled as it lies outside station to keep the timen such a long route if rescheduled can reduced nearly 4 5 hours. Food very horrible
