train cleanliness needs to be maintained. The toilet was choked. dustin should be there and space between seats is too less. ac was too fast. seats were available but still it didn't get confirmed till last minute.

local trains are better than this train .. very bad bathroom and very bad compartment. very bad .. full waste in ac 3 tier compartment

train was good and on time. There must be English Toilet on one side. please try to install at least one English Toilet in one Boogie. Thanks.

Very very bad condition toilet and overall train, not came on time at panvel also third class quality food. overall very bad experience in this train

CC Compartment Very Conjugated..it to be improved.No legroom between seat. seat also not comfortable.It must be pushback for a journey longer than 3 hours

water not coming in toilet wash basin, coach not cleaned at starting station,rain water leakage from windows, sliding door not moving easily, handle of pipe in toilet for cleaning broken.
overall a pathetic experience, net in dilapidated condition.

Never make people fool , how we will sit 18-20 hrs in a chair. Dont you have any sense to make such a compartment,, general coach is far bettarthan garibrath coach

worst travel I had recently in a ac chair car. Felt like being exploited and cheated as a bonafide passenger, who has every right to have comfort of travel and the standard well maintained facilities equivalent to the fare collected. One can only go out of the coupe drenched from the AC water falling from the roof. Expired boggies added to the woos of passengers.

There's no water in the train from LTT. The people had suffered due to this.

Chair Ac compartment is the worst no cleanliness it had dirt and grime all over the place and stank. Rest the bathroom was ok. From Mumbai to Ratnagiri it was crowded and till Madgaon some people were there than till Mangalore it was deserted much(i was till Mangalore). Hope they improve the cleanliness

There is no space in CHAIR CAR TO PUT THE bag's.
Because of this I have to get down from the train.
Totally waste of money
