Train is maintained very badly. All windows of sleeper class are bad and don't even close. Almost 90 percent windows are bad. Whole night all the passengers were suffering due to cold wind due to bad windows.

Train is not at all maintained well. I have seen mouse and cockroaches in the train. toilet also not at all clean

Dustbins are not clean. No water in M2. washrooms are very dirty. Traveling with my mother was very pathetic.

please spray Dettol or phenol in the toilets prior to every journey. It's sad that SR, SCR, SWR, etc all of them stopped the routine of toilets being cleaned at the source station specially after covid.

The water sold in the train is very bad and in this water no minerals and not furifed.

The Travel was almost on-time. But the Vendors in the Train charged more (like Rs.3-to-5) for each of the products sold in the Train. Please stop unnecessary looting of money by Vendors in Train for common Water Bottles or Aerated-drinks beyond MRP, or more for Tea/Coffee or Any other drinks.
