मेरा रिजर्वेशन HA1 मे था मेरा बर्थ नम्बर 23 ,डिब्बा बहुत पुराना एवं खस्ताहाल था, डिब्बे मे रात भर भयानक झटके लगते रहे जिसके कारण रातभर नींद न आने से मेरी तबियत खराब होगई, मुझे feverish लग रहा है, मेरा हाथ पैर और पूरे शरीर मे दर्द होरहा है, डिब्बे मे जिस तरफ मेरी सीट थी उधर का एक ही toilet functional था किंतु उसका flush काम नहीं कर रहा था, कुल मिलाकर यात्रा बड़ी भयावह थी.मै सोच रहा हूं कि deficiency in service and physical pain and mental agony के लिए Railway के खिलाफ consumer commission मे परिवाद दायर करूं .

Many unauthorised persons entered in both side of coach . Railway staff unable to help though chain pulled by coach attendent twice. This caused many problems to passengers mainly senior citizens and ladies
