very poor quality, reservation coach is always filled with unreserved ticket holders in a vast group. it very difficult to reach or sit on the reserved seat. No TTE IR POLICE PERSONNEL OR ANY OTHER AUTHORITIES are there control the Gundagardi. Very pathetic journey from Jaipur to Jabalpur and back. Other than this no train is there for Jabalpur. No one is there to hear the sufferings of the passengers especially travelling sleeper class. Around 20 personnel were already occupied my reserved seat. Rest you can imagine.

ट्रेन में सब अच्छा था पर बिना स्लीपर टिकट के लोग स्लीपर कोच में सफर कर रहे थे
और टिकट चेकिंग भी नहीं हो रहीं हैं
जिससे ट्रेन में security की कमी लगती hai

The sleeper coach looks like a general coach, there is no point in booking a ticket in a sleeper coach.

Indian railways are growing it's quality and services day by day but as a passenger it's our responsibility to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene specially in the floors and washroom areas . People generally don't use flushes or spit wherever the want to . it's very shameful for us as a passenger and responsible citizen.. Indian railways are Too good , I appreciate

D2 coach very bad and TT take money from passangers without receipt, many people sit without reservation, so we have many problems with my family

in this route 12182 every time late after Two lane between Rutiai and Guna. its timing at guna 12.50 AM but this train comes after 2.0AM. 12181 late neary 10-15 minutes only.
