Most pathetic train I must say in the route. Gets almost no priority and gets overtaken by any random train from Agra Cantt. to Itarsi due to which train becomes 3.5 hrs late at Rani Kamlapati (Bhopal) and more 1 hr delay till Lokmanya Tilak Tr. (Mumbai). Pantry foods are sold at exorbitant rates and only after complaining in Rail Madad solves the rate overcharging issues

service of tea is very bad and they are giving Half Ticket not a 150 ml only 100 MLT and charging full charge 10 rupees

pantry facility is not good, they sale oxygen bottle instead of railner. food quality is worst.

Very Poor trains. Windows are difficult to keep close. In sleeper class windows glasses opens automatically, which makes too cold and difficult in Winter.

Cockroaches and mouses present int the coach. Unauthorised passengers travelled in coach and generate disturbance . Pentry car excuted hot air entered in the coach . Punctuality of time is so bad as per railway history. I am ready to pay more fare prices if time punctuality is on first priority.or railway can reschedule the timing as per lateness.

train is good but it is weekly because of this regalur train go in between after that also it is good train to go
