train was very dirty specially bathroom i call the Housekeeping staff for cleaning bathroom but staff told me we don't have time to Clean bathroom if you need to Clean bathroom

The train was delayed for 13 hours, I wasted a lot of time..it was very shameful, it should not have happened like this, please refund my money, I have done TDR.

The washrooms are cleaner compared to the other journeys I've had in different trains, but there are cockroaches everywhere - in the washrooms, on the dustbin, on the walls, on the berths. it's revolting.

Train was 4 hrs late. Compartments were like garbage dump, zero cleanliness. And train stinks like any thing. Horrible experience

worst experience of traveling till date, train reached almost 10 hours late. Missed my important order, lost around 25thousand due to this. I want refund of my tickets

The train was running late by 3.5hours and never seemed to make up at any point. There was no water in the toilets despite raising a complaint

train was 1 hour late from source station.
bedsheets and pillow was not provided for more than half hour , had to complain to staff

Such a bad train I never travel before. Condition of the toilets are worst than hell, three times more than the legal passengers, smoking was also going on with the alcohol and it was a horrible experience.

Was like a unreserved bogie, ppl sleeping in passage.
Reached 90 mins late, late from origi itself. Menu Cards for meal price not shared " Nahi Hai, Lena hai toh lo, phela aadmi ho jo Rly food ka menu maang raha". Halts beyond set minutes.
Dirty bogies. Pantry Garbage near Boarding doors.

Five-star for the new coaches. Train running late by more than 1 hour. Food Quality is pathetic and really bad. IRCTC menu pricing not being followed.
