This app also said that I got a refund of Rs 650 on Friday when it promised to give 3 times the amount. The ticket was for Rs 1045 instead of Rs 650.

No ticket gets confirmed on this fake app. They are fooling the public. Only if you pay 3x the amount, you might get a confirmed ticket, and even then, there's no guarantee. Very bad experience!

Train cancelled. Refund amount showing deduction of taxes. When we didnt travelled, purchased tkts for another train in TATKAL and suffered lot. IRCTC should refund full amount. We are senior citizen should be paid cimoensation.
