general passenger sabhi reservation dabbo mein baith jaate Hain aur unko TT kuchh bhi nahin bolate Hain please is per action liya jaaye jisse reservation pessenger ko bahut jyada problem hoti hai please kripya karke local pessenger ko reservation dabbo mein Na alau kiya jaaye dhanyvad

all the amenities were damaged..the sleeping area of the side upper berth is so small that I couldn't sleep properly and there is a wide space between the train wall and the sleeping bed.. things were falling down continuously ... stability of the train while running is very poor... charging ports were not working at all

Note - Ac coach aur sleeper mein kaafi log Reservation kartat hai Ta ki usee relax mein baith kar jaa sake but kai bar aisa hota hai Reservation hone ke bavajud bhi Comfortable baith ne milta nahi Sleeper mein koi checking ke liye aata bhi nahi hai aur dusri baat Ac coach ka bhi wahi haal hai koi bhi aata hai aur baitha jaata hai kisi ko Kalyan jaana hota hai to Kalyan se CSTM tak jaana hai koi puchane wala nahi hota nahi hi koi action li jaati hai so plz Railway prashasan se yahi request hai ki passanger pe Dhyan dijiyega Ta ki aur bhi passangero ko Taqlif na ho. bakwas train reservation hote hue bhi har jagah se local public train me ghus rahai hai batdamiji karte hai na nind hoti hai na insan washroom use karne ja sakta hai ... local train me bhi itni bhid nahi hoti jitni yaha hai ... tc ka to ata pata bhi nahi ...

the train was very dirty and the washroom was also very dirty and in the general passenger slipper coach we had to sit on our seats and we did not even want to live our journey was very useless by this train

no ticket inspector came upto 22.30hr. So whithout ticket passengers climb in reservation bogi and sufered reservation passanger. My ticket rac s 12/71 I have no way when confirm my seat and berth. I want rest in night. so please try to gidence. b

It was a very bad experience while traveling in 2ndAC of Sewagram Express 12139,PNR No 86150844.My baggage and belongings (clothes, eatables etc)were torn and spoilt by the rats,my baggage was kept under the seat.I request the concern authority to take proper action and compensate me for the damages

नाशिक से नागपुर 3 एसी की कार्नफॉर्म टिकिट होने के बाद भी सारी रात बैठ कर आना पड़ा आरपीएफ पुलिस और कोच के टीटी की लाचारी कुछ बोल ही नहीं पा रहे थे जय भीम बोलो बैठ जाओ दूसरो के बर्थ पर 😂😂जय हिंद

The pillow covers were not cleaned very dirty when asked by me, then it was changed for me with four passangers in my compartment. But it was dirty for others. This is unforgivable attitude during tense Corona situation

people who don't have reservation tickets entered in coaches and occupied besides toilet and washbasin area, slept over there whole night and harrased others who have confirmed reservation tickets. thanks.

In between Wardha to nagpur one thief Has to trying to take my mobile phone but at that time timely iaware and save my mobile please provide security of this two station in between jurny.so many of times this will happened my friends also told train passing time morning 5.00am to 6.00am.
