One of the worst experience in respect of travelling. I'll make sure to never recommend this to anyone ever. Toilets unclean. Water shortage and even the train seats were smelly with insects crawling and biting even!!! Worst train travel experience possible

instead of reaching 6 am, it reached 3.30hrs later. never any train reach in howrah route on time. due to delay, important assignment missed. worse. worse. kindly stop harassing passengers by delaying the train

The First Time, the train's bathroom was very neat and clean...everything was clean....Also to mention, their was very less or minimal chaos in train..which was good....But the quality of the food was Extremely Bad and worst of all.....And the train was also too late ЁЯШн....It's like 5-6 hours dude...What the hell? Railways Need to Improve Punctuality.... Although, Trip was OK -OK but with many Blunders.....

quality of food extremely horrible and value of money too much disappointed.And definitely i must suggest the train food quality and quantity must be improved and food money is decrease.so i hope that railway team definitely proper steps with ur iron hand.thank u.

worst app I had booked my tkts 2 hours before journey 45 minutes before I came to know that traine is delayed by 12 hours i tried to cancel tkt but didn't get support from ConfirmTKT backend team l. even though I didn't get any update about train delayed

I am writing this review while sitting on a train. I was supposed to reach howrah by 4 am in the morning and the train had just crossed TATA Nagar Jn. The train is delayed by around 4 hours. On part of timings there is actually a need to be improved as this delay is causing inconvenience to the passengers onboard.
I have rated Train Quality as 3 Star considering Majorly on the timely cleanliness. Food Is okay alternatively you can order food online and get it delivered at the station.

this train is useless, very late beyond imagination, no prompt messages about delay, no reasoning for delay. I will not recommend travelling with this lazy , useless train. They should stop ЁЯЫС running this train from services .Bed sheets & pillow covers are dirty & seems didn't wash for a month. Wash basin drain hole is broken.

I found that there are so many passengers with general tickets who pay the fine and sit in the sleeper coach and sleep throughout the coach and it becomes very difficult even go to the wash room during the night.

it was too poor condition of the train AAZAD HIND EXPRESS.No proper water supply in ?? toilet room, no proper clean. And food quality is too bad, hocars r charged high price comparison MRP - water bottle to every product.

The quality of bed rolls given to the travelers in 3AC are in very bad condition. The attendant use new blanket to sleep while the passengers are given torn pillow and stinking blanket. When the matter was told to the TTE he just laughed and went away. God just do some things as human beings are incapable to do some thing.

I was traveling with my family. But Train was running late by 3hrs due to that I missed another connecting train. How much my family suffered yesterday night and today I can't explain in words. Indian railways suck.
