train was clean, on time departure but delayed by 70min
no Authorize food provider in train it was local who delivered food. food was pathetic.
even in AC coach people are selling gutkha and tobacco

size of seat was too Short, There is no comfort in train. Side middle birth is giving too problem too the people. A fatty person can't sleep in side middle

Bedding was very dirty Pillo was just bundle of cotton.bedshot were smells.The behaviour of coach person providing bedding was worst.pl stop Graib Rath and start Duranto daily between Pune to Nagpur.People are ready to pay extra for good facility. but must admit Railway is Improving very well.

No pantry & 3 berth on side are worst even the attender is demanding for bedroll 1 hour before the train reach to destination . Worst indian railway.

Linen should be supplied cleaned not used if rly wants to continue supply washed and clean in all my travels the usef linen wad supplied it is not at all hygenic and invite infection for cintagenious diseases

worst food delivery, there is a nexus between railway staff and station staff on Pune rail station as some fake dealers come inside the train for orders and do not deliver food.

there are so many prbln 1.light problms
2.washroom water prblm
3.very slow train
4.pantry charges add
5.train cotchs are too old and durty

inconvenience due to maximum seats... in side birth only 2 birth are sufficient. no need to add extra in side middle.
