atleast have sufficient seating space for each passenger in 2S coach. it's very much congested , train late by 25 minutes at destination, please improve.

We were allocated DL 1 Seats 7, 8, 9 that had a huge number of passengers who had General Quota ticket Worst experience This boggie was not connected to the Main Train Boggies Stop allocating reservation seats Two of us are Senior Citizens There were passengers who were drunk The entire compartment was full with passengers who were having no reservations Shame on Railway to allocate such Seats to full revenue passengers

Why no TC on this train. The most filthy 3AC travelled so far. Unauthorized people occupying your berth, using your linen and the railway staff creating a disgusting mess. Toilets unusable

Train cleanliness was good and above all it reached at right time unlike other trains. Reaching at right time is more important for all the trains. please note

deplorable state of coaches, seat front tables and toilets. toilets are so horrible that you're scared of even stepping inside but you are forced to due to duration of journey.

I bought a chocolate from train canteen price was 30 and they make hole on price and put 40 rs sticker with mrp when I asked why you did thay started shouting on me

in Mumbai there are three routes , central, west, harbour, against station name there should be marked with above said routes

Old rake without any provision for keeping water bottle, food tray was also dismantled. Though it was a reserved compartment, there was no restriction on boarding by other unauthorised travellers.

the toilets was so ugly as cannot be used, and people was blocked the entrance of the toilets and the passways of entrance
