Everything was fine, AC, seats, the staff was cleaning it well from time to time. The food and cleanliness were good.

dirty toilets.. nothing like Vande Bharat. Even the staffs are much less tp serve people or clean toilets. After Vande Bharat, this train is like the 2nd class

The washrooms should be cleaned while it is running. Almost uncleaned I found after 1 hour when it started it's journey from NJP.. Other things are really good.

IRCTC HAS BECOME THEAFT, THEY ARE CHARGING CANCELLATION CHARGE WHAT EVER THEY WISH 60% 70© OF THE TICKET FARE ARE BEING GETTING DEDUCTED IN CANCELLATION. MORE THAN 180 TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE IN TATKAL BUT WHY NOT THEY ARE BEEN GIVEN IN NORMAL BOOKING WHY IN JIGHER PRICE IN TATKAL

This one of the worst shatabdi in India
specially Executive Class
1-Mosquito roaming inside
2- no hand jet not working in washrooms
3- Dirty old washrooms
4- Food quality 3rd class
(Even no sanitizer, No coffee available if anyone don't need tea

The Soup Sticks they give are good for playing drums.... not for human consumption
Wonder if the catering manager or anyone in the department ever tasted one ....??

quality of food was not hygienic. menu may change. it should be easy to digest, not spicy.

Bathroom cleanliness is not good .Punctuality could be better managed .Food was good but needs further improvement .

Washrooms were awful , Train was late , Wait listed passenger was allowed to stay in the compartment , food was pathetic.
