very poor food quality, train condition not good at all. food led to health condition deteriorate, hawkers came in, long gap between food, one small water bottle not sufficient at all

all good but staff behavior is not yet good, bathroom is not well cleaning, small insects and cockroaches found, chairs are all not in proper use

train is not maintained like it was done previously, I feel after Vande Bharat has been launched, the importance and care of this train has been reduced. though the fare charged is almost same as Vande Bharat. the food quality is also not good

Shatabdhi express name , fame all got vanished . The train was not at all clean . The bathroom was nearly painful with dirty smell all around . The food they served was highly rated with quality was much below standard . In dinner "Alu bhaji or veg curry " served was fully rotten . Worthless service . Very disheartened . Shatabdhi train to travel we are proud of when we used to travel 4-5 years back . No lunch , no soup , (only snacks that is not at all worthy) .All high price we need to buy . Even one time water served in small bottle , next time if we ask we have to pay . Sorry to say it's really very very bad experience . Please improve and regain its fame as before .

The train food was too good but the train was too shaking while eating the train should be more stable like vandey bharat express the train should contain a display board to show at which station tain is rest was good

vary chip service no ac management no clean up no lunch and fare attached for a food but not provided I all food buying a train this train sarvice is not managemant i waste my money 😡😡🤬

Shatabdi stopped giving lunch ,no information earlier, railways only provide snacks , fair is the same .
repeated time followed after that started charging connection,

rotten dal served in C1 60,61...very poor service...after requesting to give the complaint book, Representative of ITCTC didn't give...upset over the total catering service and supported by IRCRC people

train was not so clean from outside as well as inside , ( although the leg space was good )
food was just ok , and train was late by 2 hours almost ... why pay a hectic charge for shatabdi !!!

Coach C6 had complete AC FAILURE & passengers suffered a lot which included children, old & the sick, toilets were completely unclean & both Indian & Western toilets were soiled, last but not least because of AC failure in coach C6, Daal served during dinner was rotten, train was 1:30 mins late, please see into these matters.

It's my earnest request to the ministry of Railway to take care of the quality of the food being supplied to the passengers as I have got a very poor experience regarding this because none of the food that I have been served during the journey was fresh and hygienic and it smelt so bad that I couldn't consume those food at all.

Shatabdi is the best train in India and its supposed to be flawless with the amount they charge, the train was 2.5 hours late and reached the destination at 1:30 am while it was supposed to reach at 10:30 pm the previous day. There is no value of time given by Indian Railways. Pathetic and disappointing.
