Train was DIRTY . Seats were Dirty and old. driver was jerking the train a lot . After talking to the trains staff working regularly with this train confirmed that this train has issues when it runs on track .train remains dirty . as well

Train started late and even came on the platform at origin late then it's scheduled departure time.
The quality of branded items included in meal was not really up to the mark. The taste was not that great.

First of all this train coach have water is not available in the toilet.and bedsheets are not properly cleaned.and next point cantin facility is not available or another person supplies food and another thing taking over charge money.

I am a surgeon and time is very precious for my patients ,train was more than 20 minutes late.you have to improve the punctuality.

AC was not working and it was claustrophobic. Had to ask thrice to switch it on. And when I said I will complain then they switched on. Cooling is not required in this weather but we need air to breathe with all the windows and doors shut. Also pantry served breakfast late and even when asked for tea, my Dad had to go personally to get it from pantry after waiting for an hour. M really disappointed. Is this why we pay for Shatabdi.?

WC in the compartment had broken knobs. Dirty with toilet papers in commode. Sorry for quality of travellers & maintainance.

overall it was good experience. run time, seats, food offered and services by the staff. only thing was poor that toilet was not clean.

Professionalism and passenger oriented approach on the part of staff is missing. iIts not their fault. It is lack of skill, training and right persons are not in right places. thank you.

after breakfast and on completion of journey there is huge gap one cup of coffee or tea is needed, U can charge in ticket

I have travelled in this train previous also but the cleanliness and the food which was given in start is not up to the mark.

Needs to put efficient/sincere team at big stations like mughalsaari, gaziabad kanpur etc to check the running properly in time, if this be achieved other things will fall automatically one by one

Facilities were not given according to the fare taken. And only 1 time tea and 1 time breakfast is given in journey of 5 hours. You will not anything to eat after 2 hours. Also the flexi fare system is not good
