foods quality zero and also foods quantity very poor and also you are surprised with water bottle because kathgodam to ndls 10 Rs rail neer provided why??? and you asking for water that is chargeable why?? acce din 😅 h ky??

My non veg meal wasn't provided till 90 minutes. after asking for it twice all I got was excuses which constant were defying logic and common sense. the food was a 8/10 but the service was terrible. Extremely disappointed as this happened both times which going and coming. I was told " Sir aaj Tuesday hai veg meal adjust kar lo". second statement was " many people have requested veg after booking non veg that's why it's not available. If that's true then there should be extra non veg available and not the opposite. it really hurts when you are cheated on basic services like food after paying everything upfront and being a good passenger.

Train Cleaniness is major point here. It should be well maintained.. Toilets are really pathetic. Soaps are diluted...no Sanatisers in washrooms... Kitchen items are near to toilet.... When you open main train door all toilet output was getting accumulated near to outside gate there itself and was giving a very untidy picture and foul smell... & there nearby our food was kept & also whenever our inside door opens it gave smells...... Punctuality is good/On Time... but however in many stations it halted more than expected/planned like in Rampur it had halted for 17 minutes instead of 2 mins.. similarly halts in outer areas but was on time at New Delhi. Food Items: Packed food items were ok as they are branded and sealed. But due to bad cleanliness and food preservation near toilet made me feel doubtfull for main course meals which is just a normal packed food in aluminuim box and foil like parantha, matar paneer and dal etc...

the attendants were chatting very loudly and causing a lots of disturbance inside the coach where their voices were echoing and we could hear all their personal chatter.

Sir at present I am in train12039, C 10 coach seat no 20-21 , at this time they have served me veg food my view on food: 1 prathas was very hard and was in very bad shape/ uncircular. 2 waiter in c10 was collecting tips from the passengers. 3. Nova mixed pickle was without any pieces of pickle it looked like a chatani. 4 paneer nor good in taste nor it had enough pieces of paneer. It was full of onion big pieces. Lastly if u want photos and videos of the waiter collecting tips will be also provided if u can send me ur whatsapp no.

waiters didn't respond properly.sugarfree was asked without any response.Quality of soup was very poor.

food quality should be improved. the bread sandwitch and kachaudi both are of very poor quality

food quality poor. in each coach american seat in one toilet should be provided keeping in view the difficulties if elderly people/Sr Citizens

non-spicy, continental, food is never available. option to order continental meals must be there at time of booking.

I have suggested number of time to change either the vendor for Kachori or change this item as it's very bad in taste and not cooked properly.

Food is good but time of dinner is very early. Kindly arrange packing of food if/any want to pack.
